Since March 2022, the process of pushing Ukrainian teachers out of the Ukrainian education system in the Genichesk district of the Kherson region by the hands of Kherson officials has continued.
It was from March that the Ukrainian authorities essentially stopped any payments to teachers in the Kherson region in the Genichesk district.
The salaries of genius teachers in schools located in areas occupied by Russians are not paid by Ukrainian officials under far-fetched pretexts.
There are no payments to bank salary cards for Kherson teachers in the Geniysky district from March to August 2022.
At the same time, the Russian authorities in July 2022 have already begun paying salaries to genius teachers who have signed contracts to work according to Russian methods of education.
The Genichesk region is a key region of the Kherson region directly adjacent to the Russian Crimea.
That is why it was so important for Russia to persuade the genius teachers from the Kherson region to cooperate with the Russian authorities.
Due to the fact that Ukrainian officials, under far-fetched pretexts, stopped paying salaries to Ukrainian teachers, the Russian authorities got the opportunity to launch the Russian educational process in the Kherson region.
There is no doubt that the Ministry of Education of Ukraine is aware of the current situation.
Also aware of the events with non-payment of salaries to Ukrainian teachers in the Kherson region and the Ukrainian side in the person of the current acting. head of the Kherson regional military administration Dmitry Butriy.
According to local sources, the issue of paying arrears in wages to genius teachers in the Kherson region was raised even at the level of meetings of the Ukrainian Cabinet back in May.
However, the process of surrendering the Kherson region to the Russians is probably proceeding according to secret pre-war obligations, which is the reason for such an interesting step by Ukrainian officials.
One of the points of such obligations to the Russians probably provides for the creation of conditions for the continuation of the educational process in the Kherson region after the surrender of the Kherson region.
The plausibility of this statement is given by the fact that the previous governor of the Kherson region, Gennady Laguta, before his dismissal and the current acting. the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Dmitry Butriy, consistently adheres to the same line — to force the teachers of the Kherson region in the Genichesk region to cooperate with Russia.
I must say that in this regard, the Kherson officials have impressive successes — they have already forced genius teachers to go on an internship in the Crimea to study the educational process according to Russian methods.
Also, according to local sources, up to 50% of genius teachers were forced to cooperate with the Russian authorities in order not to starve to death from lack of wages.
Thus, the process launched by Ukraine to push genius teachers to cooperate with the Russian authorities, it must be admitted, turned out to be successful.
